Questions?
If you have any questions about anything to do with my Pilates sessions then I'd love to hear from you. Just send me an email (perennialpilates@gmail.com) or give me a call or text on 07881 117271.
When do you have appointments available?
A key reason my clients choose private sessions is that they can choose a time that works for them with flexibility. I currently have limited availability early morning from 7am and evening to 8pm and strive to keep appointments free for existing clients. Availability changes regularly so get in touch to discuss further.
How much is a session?
A one-off 50 minute session is £65. New clients can purchase a 3 session pack for the discounted price of £149. Regular clients can purchase bundles of sessions with 4 sessions at £210 and 8 sessions for £400.
Where is the studio?
The studio is set in my garden (full of perennial plants - hence the name). You will be sent full details including where to park and how to find me in your booking email.
The studio is off Hills Avenue in Cambridge with dedicated car and bike parking.
Can I do pilates with my injury/condition?
You will also be sent a pre-exercise screening that will help me identify if you need further clearance from your GP or other health professional. A personalised Pilates session can be an excellent boost to recovery. You will also be invited to send me information about any pre-existing injuries or concerns you have about exercising.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you would normally exercise in. Clothing should be lightweight and flexible so cycling shorts or leggings and a short-sleeved t-shirt are fine. You don't wear shoes when doing pilates and need to wear Pilates socks. If you have your own with grippy soles then please bring them with you. If you don't then you can purchase your own from me for £3.50/pair.
How can I contact you?
You can email perennialpilates@gmail.com or give me a call on 07881 117271.
