Hi, my name is Katie. Unlike many Pilates teachers, I was not a dancer or an athlete. I discovered Pilates after being diagnosed with an auto-immune arthritis and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). With regular practice, I found myself stronger, pain-free and, not only able to get back to daily activities, but also the sport I love - rowing. I have a Diploma in Clinical Pilates, a highly specialised post-graduate level course, as well as additional specialist training in menopause. This arms me with the skills to rehabilitate and help with any injury, condition and pain. I love seeing results as people I work with look better, get stronger, and feel great.

Welcome
